The Tongue was designed to hold your arrow in place, but to not cause clearance issues at the same time. Its modular design allows you to put it to 5 different heights of 1mm differences - for the best arrow hold and clearance. It iss made specifically for 23 sized arrows in mind, but smaller diameter arrows fit as well. Powerful 3M double sided tape is supplied for a good hold.
 
Do notice, the base part is flat and was made specifically for bows with a flat shelf like Mathews and PSEs. Do take that into account while ordering.
